The Psycho-Pirate takes his revenge on the Spectre for imprisoning him inside the Medusa Mask.
The Spectre encounters a powerful being who seems immune to all of the Spectre's powers and at the same time, he is mysteriously growing weaker. Little does he know that his enemy is merely a pawn for the Psycho Pirate who wishes to free himself of a curse and gain back his powers.
